Remuneration

The salary for the post is circa £85k per annum - £80,750 rising to £85,000 on successful completion of the probationary period.

In addition, there is a defined contribution pension scheme, with an employer contribution matched up to 10% of salary.

When we work

Cobalt keeps typical office hours from Monday to Friday. However, our leadership roles and as such flexibility is expected in fulfilling role requirements. This will include evening work and occasional weekends too.

Depending on the role you are interested in, the annual leave entitlement is generous. For Executive Team members we have 28 days holiday, plus 3 days shutdown over the festive period plus public/bank holidays. There is also a service related holiday entitlement and an extra day reward for full attendance. Holidays will be pro rata for part time colleagues.

Where we work

Our head office is based at 199 Lower House Lane, Liverpool, L11 2SF. Regular travel is expected across the Neighbourhoods, as is very occasional national travel, in line with the requirements of the role.

Probation and notice periods

Confirmation of employment is subject to satisfactory completion of a six-month probationary period. The contractual period of notice after passing probation depends on the role you are applying for.
